What is the cost of postage and insurance?
We calculate postage based on your location. Try placing a product in your shopping cart and choose your shipping method. A total will appear.
How will my purchase appear on my credit card or bank statement?
Your credit card or bank statement will never show the nature of your purchase.
How secure / easy / discreet / fast are the different methods of payment?
We use Stripe for all our credit card payments. It is the most secure payment method in the industry. Our other methods include cash payment by may-which we provide instructions for and Interac email transfer (available in Canada only). You will find payment simple and efficient and most orders received ship the same day.
We monitor our shipping results and find that customs seizes less than 2% of our products. If you find your product does not arrive within 15 business days using regular post, please alert us and we will replace the order. Alternatively, if you choose our tracked shipping option, we will provide a tracking number for you to monitor your shipment.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, cash and Interac email transfer (in Canada only)
What is the status of my current payment?
You will receive an email stating the receipt of payment as soon as either your credit card, Interac transfer are approved or cash has arrived
What Currency do you charge in?
All our pricing is displayed in US dollars. If you are Canadian, your transaction will appear in Canadian dollars based on a sale price in the displayed US dollar amount
Shipping Questions
What do orders look like when they are packaged?
Each of our seeds is individually blister packed. This is central to our process of insuring your seeds remain safe from damage, drying or loss. Our customers have the choice of having our Farmers Lab hemp boxes or without. Shipping without the identify box reduces the risk of seizure.
Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, Farmers Lab ships to any address that the postal service delivers to. For courier shipments, the product may need to be signed for.
How long does it take for an order to be processed?
All orders are processed usually in the same day. Shipping is within 24 hours
How can I arrange for my order to be sent?
Our order site provides all the tools to choose your shipment location as well as the shipping method and payment you wish to use. If there are special shipping instructions you are free to call us during business hours (9 till 6 PM PCT)
To which countries can cannabis seeds be sent?
Farmers Lab ships to any country in the world. We make it the responsibility of our customers to be aware of the local laws regarding importation of seeds for the specific purpose of cultivation. We print on our boxes our seeds are for novelty purposes only unless your country/region cultivation of cannabis is legal.
What is the shipping status of my current order?
If you choose regular post, your package will not be able to be tracked. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery in North America and 10 to 12 days for international shipments. If you feel your package has been lost or seized please feel free to contact us.
What is the cost of postage and insurance?
We do not offer insurance on regular shipments, but will reship or refund if you choose courier service and the product is lost or stolen. Please call if you feel your package has not arrived in the due course of time and we will take steps to understand the delay.
How do I change my address?
Your address is input at the time of purchase. After shipment, there is no way to change the shipping address.

How does Farmers Lab Seeds insure quality and germination?
Each of our seeds is strain certified as an immediate descendent from a top breed strain, is hand examined and individually hermedically sealed to protect from drying, damage or loss. We guarantee the seed you receive will germinate-the rest is up to your skill and knowledge.”
